川芎哚及其类似物的抗血小板与抗血栓作用

摘　　要：为了研究川芎哚 (PL)及其类似物 (T 1～T 17)的抗血小板和抗血栓作用 ,T 1～T 17按Foye法进行体外血小板聚集实验 ,计算血小板聚集抑制率 ,从中选出T 1,T 2 ,T 3,T 4 ,T 6 ,T 8,T 11,T 12及T 14按Chandler法进行实验性血栓形成实验 ,计算血栓形成抑制率 ,并与川芎嗪 (Lig)进行比较 .结果表明 :所有合成药物均有一定程度的抗血小板作用 ,其中T 4和T 6的抗血小板作用强于Lig ;各试验药物均有一定程度的抗血栓作用 ,其中T 4 ,T 6 ,T 11,T 12及T 14抗血栓作用强度大于Lig .由此可见 ,PL及其类似物具有抗血小板和抗血栓作用 ,其中T 4和T 6的作用强于Lig 。To study platelet aggregation inhibitory and antithrombotic effect of perlolyrine and its analogues (T 1-T 17), platelet aggregation in vitro was determined according to Foye′s method and experimental thrombosis was measured according to Chandler′s method. Their results were compared with those of ligustrazine(Lig). The results showed that perlolyrine and its analogues (T 1-T 17) exhibited inhibition of pla telet aggregation, and the effects of T 4 and T 6 were more potent than those of Lig. T 1,T 2,T 3,T 4,T 6, T 8,T 11,T 12 and T 14 exhibited antithrombotic effects to a certain degree, and the effects of T 4,T 6, T 11,T 12 and T 14 were more potent than those of Lig. Thus, it can be seen that perlolyrine and its analogues exhibit inhibition of platelet aggregation and antithrombotic effects, and the effects of T 4 and T 6 are more potent than those of Lig, but the effects of perlolyrine are less than those of Lig. Key words: perlolyrine; analogues; platelet aggregation obtained was 11.3±7.64,number of fertilized ova 7.89±5.36,rate of fertilization,77.29%,number of clinical pregnancy 15,clinical pregnancy rate 42.86%,drug used in group 1 and group 2,there was signifiant difference in drug used in group 1 and group 2 (P<0.01),in group 2 vs group 3,there was significant difference too.In the three groups of clinical pregnancy rates of IVF-ET,there were no statistical difference among dinical pregnancy rates of IVF-ET of the three groups. Conclusions:Clinical pregnancy rate for IVF-ET is high and no difference was found in all three groups.hMG is used for tropic hyperovulation for IVF-ET reveals significantly deceased OHSS and high pregnancy rate in 26 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS).
