摘　　要：目的　探讨 8岁与 10岁男女学生唾液睾酮水平的变化趋势。方法　采用放射免疫分析方法测定 46 9名 8岁、10岁男、女学生唾液睾酮水平。结果　唾液睾酮水平 ,10岁男、女生分别高于 8岁男、女生 ;8岁男、女生唾液睾酮水性无显著性差异 ;10岁女生唾液睾酮水平高于 10岁男生。Objective To study the trend of the salivary testosterone concentrations in boys and girls aged 8 and 10.Methods We conducted a cross section investigation in 468 boys and girls aged 8 and 10.Results The results showed that the salivary testosterone concentrations in boys and girls aged 10 were higher than that in boys and girls aged 8 repectively;the salivary testosterone concentrations had no significant difference in the groups of boys and girls aged 8;the salivary testosterone concentrations in girls aged 10 were higher than that in boys aged 10.
