针灸综合疗法治疗阳萎疗效观察

摘　　要：将 14 9例患者随机分为 4组 :针刺组 4 0例 ,有效率 77 5 % ;针灸组 4 1例 ,有效率 95 1% ;针刺穴注组 38例 ,有效率 94 7% ;丙酸睾丸酮肌注组 30例 ,有效率 4 0 0 %。经统计学处理 ,针灸组和针刺穴注组的疗效显著高于针刺组 ,P <0 0 5。而针灸 3组的疗效均非常显著高于肌注组 ,P<0 0 1。Purpose To approach to therapeutic effect of acupuncture and moxibustion on impotence.Methods One hundred and fourty nine cases of impotence were randomly assigned to 4 groups,acupuncture group(40 cases),acup moxibustion group(41 cases),acupuncture plus acupoint injection group(38 cases) and group of intermuscular injection of testosterone propionate(30 cases),and their therapeutic effects were investigated.Results The effective rate was 77 5%,95 1%,94 7% and 40 0% in the 4 groups respectively.Statistical analysis indicated that the therapeutic effects in the acup moxibustion group and the acupuncture plus acupoint injection group were significantly higher than that in the acupuncture group (P<0 05) and in all the 3 acupuncture and moxibustion groups were significantly higher than that in the intermuscular injection group (P<0 01).
