摘  要:目的:探讨缺血再灌注时红细胞膜的功能改变及硫酸镁对其保护作用。 方法:新西兰大耳白兔32只随机分为4组,每组8只,对照组行左冠状动脉前降支穿线,缺血组行左冠状动脉前降支持续结扎,再灌注组及治疗组结扎0.5小时后再灌注,治疗组于结扎后静脉滴注硫酸镁溶液,对照组、缺血组、再灌注组静脉滴注生理盐水;分别于手术前、缺血0.5小时、再灌注1小时及4小时取血;荧光偏振法测定红细胞膜脂流动性,比色法测定红细胞内超氧化物歧化酶、丙二醇含量,火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定红细胞内钙离子浓度。 结果:①对照组手术前后备指标差别无显著意义(P>0.05)。②缺血组、再灌注组及治疗组在结扎0.5小时,再灌注1小时、4小时较对照组同一时间及同组手术前相比红细胞膜荧光偏振度增加,红细胞超氧化物歧化酶减少、丙二醛增加,红细胞内钙离子增加( P均< 0. 01)。③治疗组在再灌注 1小时、 4小时、红细胞超氧化物歧化酶量较缺血组、再灌注组明显增加,红细胞膜荧光偏振度、红细胞丙二醛、红细胞内钙离子量明显降低,差异显著(P均<0.01)。 结论:在缺血再灌注过程中,红细胞膜发生过氧化损伤,红细胞膜脂流动性减低。硫酸镁能减轻红细胞膜分子过氧化损伤,改善红细?Objective: To investigate red blood cell membrane function during coronary ischemia-reperfusion injury and the protective effect of supplement of magnesium. Methods: Thirty-two rabbits were randomly divided into four groups. In group I the left anterior descending coronary artery (LAD)was falsely ligated. In group Ⅱ the LAD was ligated. Rabbits of group Ⅲ and Ⅳ underwent 0.5h of LAD oc- clusion and 4h of reperfusion. LAD-ligated rabbits in group Ⅳ were intravenously given magnesium and in group Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ sodium chloride. Red blood call membrane fluidity, erythrocyte content of superoxide dismutase, malondialdehyde, calicum were determined at some points before and after operation. Results: ①There was no significantly different in group Ⅰ before and after operation (p>0.05). ②In group Ⅱand Ⅲ, red blood cell membrane fluidity, erythrocyte superoxide dismutase (SOD)content were decreased significantly and the erythro- cyte MDA, Ca2+ content were increased after myocardial ischemia/ischemia-reperfusion (p < 0. 0 1 ). ③ Erythrocyte membrane fluidity, erythrocyte SOD content were accelerated and the erythrocyte MDA, Ca2+ content were decreased when the magnesium sulphate was administered after the ligation (p<0.01). Conclusion: Our studies suggest that magnesium has beneficial effects on red blood cell in myocardial ischemia-reperfusion.
