摘　　要：该仪器间断地产生一串双相矩形脉冲电场，此电场的方向与组织中不同取向的细胞聚合体跨膜电势产生的电场方向部分相同或相反，实现细胞电穿孔。将该电场通过电极作用于肿瘤细胞，与化疗结合会促进抗癌药物进入癌细胞并杀死癌细胞。The instrument introduced in this paper can discontinuously generate a cluster of electric fields with rectangular biphasic pulses． The resulting electric fields are partly the same or opposite in polarity to those resulting from transmembrane potentials of differently oriented aggregens in tissues， so the electroperforation can be realized． When combined with chemotherapy， the instrument can help anticarcinogenics enter cancer cells and kill them．
