硬质PVC制品中界面活化剂SB-618T与助剂WC的协同作用

摘  要:对新型界面活化剂SB - 6 18T在不同填料中对PVC制品性能的影响进行了研究 ,结果发现SB- 6 18T与助剂WC有良好的协同作用 ,当m(SB - 6 18T)∶m(WC) =0 .15∶1时 ,同仅用相同量的SB - 6 18T相比 ,复合体的拉伸强度提高了 12 % ,冲击强度提高了 1倍。指出膏状化及粉末化两种工艺制备的SB -6 18T/WC体系均具有良好的协同作用 ,对PVC制品性能均起到增韧、增强的作用 ,在PVC硬质制品中表现了良好的协同作用。还对SB - 6 18T与助剂W的协同作用进行了研究 ,表明其对PVC体系仅有增韧作用 ,没有增强作用 ,不能替代WC。The influence of a new type interfacial agent SB-618T and accessory ingredient WC on rigid PVC was studied.It was found that there were good cooperative effects between SB-618T and WC.When m(SB-618T)∶m(WC)=0.15∶1,the tensile strength and impact strength of PVC resin increased by 12% and 100% respectively compared with those of PVC resin using the same amount of SB-618T only.SB-618T/WC composite obtained either by cream process or powder process had good cooperative effect and could improve the toughness and strength of PVC resin.Cooperative effect of SB-618T with W was also studied and the results showed that SB-618T/W composite could only improve the toughness of PVC resin with no effect on improving its strength,so W couldn't replace WC.
