摘　　要：报道了以 2 甲氧基 5 乙酰氨基苯胺为原料 ,在水溶液中 ,用氯乙烷作乙基化试剂合成 2 甲氧基 5 乙酰氨基 N ,N 二乙基苯胺的新工艺 ,同时还考察了酸结合剂种类、用量、氯乙烷用量 ,反应温度等因素对产品收率及纯度的影响。A new technique for synthesis of 2 methoxy 5 acetamino N,N diethylaniline was introduced by using 2 methoxy 5 acetaminoaniline and chloroethane in the aqueous solution. The effect of reaction conditions such as the kinds of acid combined agent, the amount of acid combined agent and chloroethane, reaction temperature was also investigated.
