摘  要:主要研究了用电化学方法对不锈钢进行着色过程中 ,如何对颜色进行控制 ,使得颜色具有较好的均匀性和重现性。在实验过程中 ,用记录仪跟踪不锈钢的电位随施加电流的变化情况 ,发现周期结束电位与试片颜色有较好的对应关系 ,同时对着色液进行分析 ,结果表明 ,随电解时间的延长 ,溶液中的杂质离子的含量也随着按一定比例增加 ,在溶液所能允许的范围内 ,颜色可以重现。In this thesis,it was mainly studied that how to control the coloring to acquire the better homogeneity and reproduction of the color during the coloring of stainless steel by the use of electrochemical method.The recording equipment was used to trace the alter of responsive potential of stainless steel with applied current.During the process,it was found that the cyclic terminal potential had a good corresponding relation with the color of stainless steel.And we also analyzed the coloring solution. The results showed that,with the extension of electrolytic time,the concentrations of the impurities increased on definite rates and the reproduction could be ensured with the allowable range. [
