摘　　要：从原材料、混料、设备与模具、配方、加工工艺等方面探讨了影响给水管材耐压性能的影响因素 ,并通过一系列配方和工艺试验予以验证。在配方合理的情况下 ,调整设备工艺 ,使管材塑化度在 60 %～ 65 %范围内 。Effecting factors,such as raw material,material mixing ratio,machinery and mould,formula and processing technology,of the pressure resistance of water supply pipe were discussed and verified by a series of formula and processing tests.When the formula was reasonable,the prepared pipe could have superior pressure resistance by adjusting processing technology and making the degree of plasticization to be 60%～65%.
