摘　　要：硫酸装置转化工段管壳式换热器的工艺计算方法 ,在《硫酸工艺设计手册·工艺计算篇》中已作了详细阐述 ,其壳体部分的计算较烦琐。分析了几个修正系数的特征和若干物理量的组合 ,以及工艺气体的特性 ,使管隙给热系数αo、壳程气体压力降Δps 等的计算得到了简化 。The process calculation method for the tube shell type heat exchanger of the conversion section of the sulfuric acid plant has been detailed in the Process Calculation Chapter of the Handbook for Sulfuric Acid Process Design.The calculation for the shell portion is quite complicated.The author analyzes features of several correction factors and the combination of some physical parameters,and features of process gas,and simplifies the calculation of the off tube heat supply factor α o and the shell side gas pressure drop Δ P s.Examples are given.
