西氏健康法治疗老年冠心病疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 :观察西氏健康法对老年人冠心病心绞痛患者的治疗作用 ;方法 :将 6 0例冠心病稳定型心绞痛患者随机分为治疗组 (西氏健康法 +药物治疗 )、对照组 (单纯药物治疗 ) ,治疗程序采用个体化原则 ,两组患者在治疗前与 8周疗程结束后接受血脂、载脂蛋白及脂蛋白的含量测定 ,同时进行心电图、2 4h动态心电图、彩色多普勒超声心动图检查 ;结果 :治疗组较对照组心绞痛发作次数明显减少、ST段下降幅度也较对照组减小 ,TC、TG、LDL c、ApoB10 0 、Lp(a)较对照组降低更明显 (P <0 0 5～P <0 0 0 1 ) ,HDL-c、ApoB1较对照组增高 (P <0 0 5) ;结论 :通过观察结果分析 ,证明采用西氏健康法运动治疗 ,比单纯药物治疗更明显地改善心肌缺血心电图 ,提高心绞痛阈值 ,减少发作频度及硝酸甘油日用量 ,同时对血脂的调整作用较单纯药物治疗更有效。Objective:To study the effect of Saishen's health therapy on old patients with stable angina.Methods:60 patients with stable angina were divided into two groups randomly:the test group(treated with Saishen's health therapy plus drugs)and the control group(treated with drugs only).Individual of treatment was adopted in the study.Blood lipids,lipoproteins and apoprotein of the subjects were assayed before and after the treatment of eight weeks separately.ECG,Holter and color doppler echocardiogram were used at the same time.Results:The onset of angina and the decrease of ST segment in the test group were less than those in the control group.The decreases of TC,TG,LDL-c,ApoB 100 ,Lp (a) were greater in the test group than in the control group (P<0.05～0.001),HDL-c and ApoB 1 were higher in the test group than in the control group.Conclusion:The study showed that Saishen's health therapy in comparison with drug therapy is more effective in the improvement of ST segment decrease,the increase of angina threshold,the decrease of onset of angina,the reduction of daily Nitroglycerin,and that lipid regulation effect of Saishen's health therapy was greater than that of the drugs.
