摘　　要：目的 :探讨老年人声嘶的病因。方法 :对 1 2 2例老年声嘶患者纤维喉镜检查结果进行分析。结果 :各类喉炎 40例 (44 94% ) ,声带麻痹 2 9例 (32 58% ) ,喉癌 2 1例 (2 3 59% ) ,声门关闭不全 7例 (7 87% )。结论 :老年声嘶①大多与喉内外恶性肿瘤有关 ;②闭合不全为声带肌张力减退、声带松驰所致。Objective:To study common causes of hoarseness in aged.Methods:The date of 122 cases of hoarseness in aged were analyzed with the Largngofiberoscope.Results:The common causes of 122 cases of hoarseness in aged were inflammation (40 cases 44.94%),paralysis of vocal cord(29 cases 32.58%),carcinoma of the larynx(21 cases 23.59%) and incom,plete closure of vocal cord (7 cases 7.87%).Conclusion:Hoarseness in aged were ralated to the decrease of muscle tonicity leading to relaxation of vocal cords and had obvious relationship to the carcinoma of the larynx and extralaryngeal malignant neoplasm.
