消瘀片的急性毒性和慢性毒性研究

摘　　要：目的　测定中药消瘀片急性毒性和慢性毒性反应。方法　小鼠以最大浓度和最大体积灌服消瘀片 ,大鼠连续口服消瘀片 0 .7g/kg·d、1.5 4g/kg·d和 3 .5 g/kg·d的慢性毒性 (6个月 )。 结果　小鼠给予最大剂量后 ,无一动物死亡和产生异常反应 ,其最大耐受量为 2 8.0 g/kg。连续给药 6个月后 ,大鼠进食正常 ,体重增长一致 ,尿常规、血液学和血液生化测定指标均在正常范围 ,脏器系数和病理学检查无异常。Objective To study the acute and chronic Toxicity of Xiaoyu Tabliets.Methods Acute toxicity text results indicated that no mortuary mice and abnormal action were found after mice were treated orally with Xiaoyu tablets 28.0g/kg within 24 hours. Chronic toxicity studies in duration 6 months were conducted in the rats at daily dose from 0.7 to 3.5g/kg.Results Feeding and weignt gain of rats were normal,indices of uric route,hematology,serum biochemistry and organ coefficient were in normal range,no histological lesions were detected.Conclusion Xiaoyu tablets was no toxicity effects in mice and rats.
