复方犀黄丸含药血清对人肝癌细胞生长及其周期影响的实验研究

摘　　要：目的 :探讨中药复方犀黄丸含药血清对人肝癌细胞系 (bel- 74 0 2 )生长及其细胞周期分布的影响。方法 :应用MTT比色法检测肿瘤细胞活性 ,流式细胞仪分析细胞周期时相分布。结果 :中药复方犀黄丸含药血清对人肝癌细胞系 (bel- 74 0 2 )有抑制作用。其抑制率与含药血清浓度呈直线相关 ;FAM结果显示含药血清处理2 4h ,S期细胞比例增加 ,G2 /M期细胞减少 ;处理 4 8h后 ,G0 / 1期细胞增多 ,S期细胞减少。结论 :中药复方犀黄丸含药血清可抑制人肝癌细胞系 (bel- 74 0 2 )细胞生长 ,并可干扰其细胞周期。Objective:To investigate the effects of Xihuang pill drug serum on the growth of hepatic carcinoma cell and the cell cycle.Method:activity of tumor cell was detected by MTT and cell cycle was analysed by flow cytometry. Result: Xihuan pill had an inhibitory effect on the tumor cell,which was positively related with the drug content.Typical morphological changes of apotosis were observed under the transmission electron microscope.FCM showed that the cell cycle treated with herbal medicinal mixture Xihuang pill for 24h,the ration of cells in sphase increased,while that in G 2/M phase decreased;After 48h treatment,the ratio of cells in G 0/1 phase increased,and S phase decreased.
