艾克地平及雅施达对血压变异性的影响

摘　　要：为了解常用中长效抗高血压药物艾克地平及雅施达对血压变异性的影响 ,观察健康体检查者 30例 (对照组 )和高血压患者 10 0例 ,并将患者分为 4组 :未用药组 (2 8例 ) ,服用艾克地平组 (2 6例 ) ,用雅施达组 (2 3例 ) ,联合服用艾克地平与雅施达组 (2 3例 )。结果显示 ,单用艾克地平或雅施达时 ,其血压变异性与未用药组比较 ,无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,合用艾克地平及雅施达组 ,其血压变异性不仅无明显降低 ,反而较未用药组明显增加 (P <0 .0 5 )。结果表明服用艾克地平及雅施达虽可降低血压 ,但对降低血压变异性无明显帮助 ,合用艾克地平及雅施达时 ,其血压变异性反而较未用药组明显增加。To observe the effects of antihypertensive drugs Ecodipin and Acertil on the blood pressure(BP) variability in essential hypertensive patients,one hundred hypertensive patients were divided into four groups:groupⅠ no medicine was given;group Ⅱtreated with Ecodipin 20 mg Bid;group Ⅲtreated with Acertil 4 mg qd; group Ⅳtreated with both Ecodipin 20 mg Bid and Acertil 4 mg qd.The blood pressure and its variability of all the patient were measured on the 7 th day of treatment by 24 h ambulatory BP monitoring.Results showed that compared with group Ⅰ,BP variability did not change in group Ⅱ and group Ⅲ,but significantly decreased in group Ⅳ (P< 0.05 ).Results indicated that single use of Ecodipin or Acertil is not helpful decreasing BP variability.Combining use of both drugs may increase BP variability.
