摘  要:为研究家兔房室交界区的组织学特点及房室结双径路的发生基础 ,处死家兔后迅速取包含房室结在内的房室交界区的组织固定、脱水、包埋后切片 ,HE和Masson染色 ,光镜观察。结果显示 :家兔房室结呈不规则形 ,大小约2 .7mm× 1.5mm× 0 .32mm ;房室结与心房肌之间存在多部位联系 ;Koch三角内组织排列紊乱 ;1例标本冠状窦口周围可见到P细胞分布。研究结果提示 ,房室交界区的组织学特点可能为该区域发生慢传导 ,并进而为房室结双径路提供组织学基础。This paper was to investigate the characteristics of histology of atrioventricular junction(AVJ) in rabbit and to seek the histological substrate of dual atrioventricular pathways(DAVNP).The preparations including atrioventricular node (AVN) were fixed with formalin soon after the rabbits were executed,then the tissue blocks were cut serially in three planes:transectional,coronal and frontal.Sections were stained either with Masson's trichrome procedure or hematoxylin and eosin.Results showed that the AVN of the rabbit was irregularly shaped with the size of 2.7 mm×1.5 mm×0.32 mm.The AVN was connected with the atrium at multiple places.The transitional cells within Koch's triangle were irregularly arranged with some of them interweaved.A group of P cell similar to AVN were found near the orifice of coronary sinus inferiorly and anteriorly.Results indicated that the hisological characteristics of AVJ might provide the substrate for slow conduction thus to form histological substrate DAVNP.
