摘　　要：目的探讨胆脂瘤残留和复发的因素以及乳突再次手术方法。方法回顾性分析５３例胆脂瘤复发或病变残留乳突再手术的临床随访资料。结果再次手术是安全的，干耳率９０．６％，听力改善１３耳，听力下降１０耳，无变化３０耳。结论　胆脂瘤复发或病变残留最好是尽早再次手术。选择恰当的手术方式，彻底仔细地清除病灶，可以达到于耳及减少发生并发症的目的。Objective To explore the related factors responsible for recurrence and residue of cholesteatoma and ideal surgical procedure of re-operation for such conditions. Methods A retrospective analysis was made on 53 cases with residual and recurrent cholesteatoma and having been treated by Re-operation in our hospital from 1990 to 1997. Results Re-operation was successful and safe for these cases with a dry ear rate of 90. 6 % (48 ears), no changes in hearing level in 30 ears, improved hearing level in 13 ears, and only 10 ears sufered hearing decreasing further. Conclusion It is best to have a re-operation as soon as possible for patients with recurrent' or residual cholesteatoma. The conditions will be cured with proper surgical procedure.
