鼻窦炎口服液治疗慢性化脓性鼻窦炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察鼻窦炎口服液对慢性化脓性鼻窦炎的临床疗效。方法　慢性化脓性鼻窦炎患者１８０例，行鼻窦穿刺冲洗后，实验组１００例服鼻窦炎口服液１～２疗程，同时设对照组８０例，穿刺后窦腔注入庆大霉素治疗，记录症状、体征改善状况，统计疗效。结果实验组总有效率９５％，对照组总有效率６６．２％，实验组疗效优于对照组。结论鼻窦炎口服液疗效优良，与鼻窦穿刺结合应用，可使部分病人免于手术。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of nasosinusitis oral liquid(NOL) on chronic suppurative sinusitis. Methods 180 cases with chronic suppurative sinusitis were divided into treating and controlling groups. All of them received puncturing to maxillary sinus at first, then the cases in treating group were orally given NOL for l--2 courses, and those in controlling group given gentamycin into the cavity of sinus through puncturing needle. Results The total effective rate was 95. 0% in treating group and 66. 2% in controlling group, with a significant difference between them. Conclusion NOL is very effective on chronic suppurative sinusitis, especially when combined with puncturing to sinus, so as to avoid being operated on for some cases.
