摘 要:目的 探讨糖尿病小切口胆囊切除 ( MC)术前非胰岛素准备的可行性。方法 1996~ 1999年 4 0例 型糖尿病MC患者据术前控制血糖的方法分成非胰岛素组和胰岛素组。比较其围手术期血糖、Na+、K+、二氧化碳结合力 ,观察 MC术前非胰岛素准备对术后并发症的影响。结果 MC术前非胰岛素准备比胰岛素准备更能使糖尿病 MC患者术前血糖控制稳定 ,而不影响其术后并发症发生率。结论 非胰岛素准备是一简单、有效、易被接受的适合于糖尿病 MC患者术前控制血糖的方法。Objective To investigate the possibility of the method of preoperative non-insulin management of diabetics receiving mini-cholecystectomy(MC).Methods 40 patients with type Ⅱ diabetic who underwent MC between 1996 and 1999 were divided into non-insulin and insulin group depending on the methods of controlling blood glucose levels before MC.Perioperative blood glucose concentrations,serum Na +,K + levels and CO 2 combined power were compared.To observe the influence of two methods on controlling blood glucose levels before MC on postoperative morbidity.Results The results indicated that the non-insulin management could control more steadily preoperative blood glucose,and not increase the postoperative morbidity.Conclusion The preopertive non-insulin management was a simple,effective and easily accepted of controlling blood glucose levels for patients with diabetics who underwent MC.
