妊娠高血压综合征与血浆中部分细胞因子关系的研究

摘　　要：目的 :探讨血浆内皮素 (ET)、一氧化氮 (NO)、血栓素B2 (TXB2 )、6 -酮 -前列腺素F1α(6 -Keto -PGF1α) 4种活性物质在妊高征发生发展过程中相互作用的动态变化。方法 :测定正常妊娠组 6 3例 ,妊高征组 6 1例血浆中ET、NO、TXB2 、6 -Keto -PGF1α的含量。NO的测定采用硝酸根还原酶与Griess试剂相结合法测定NO2 - /NO3- 浓度 ,用硝酸盐试剂盒 ,经分光光度计测定 ,选波长 5 4 6nm处读取吸光度 ,余者用放射免疫法。结果 :妊高征中ET/NO及TXB2 、6 -Keto -PGF1α的正常平衡被破坏 ,直线相关分析呈正相关。结论 :妊高征中此 4种活性物质相互作用 ,相互影响 ,ET/NO、TXB2 ,6 -Keto -PGF1α的平衡失调 。Objective:To study the dynamic changes of the four active substances endothelin(ET),nitric oxide (NO),thromboxanes B 2 (TXB 2) and 6-Keto-prostaglandin F 1α (6-Keto-PGF 1α ) in plasma when they acted on each other in formation and devlopment of pregnancy induced hypertension (PIH). Methods:The level of ET,NO,TXB 2,6-Keto-PGF 1α in plasma was measured in two groups of patients with normal pregnancy groups of 63 cases and PIH groups of 61 cases.Results:The regular balance of ET/NO and TXB 2/6-Keto-PGF 1α was destroied in PIH,linear correlation analyse showed positive correlation. Conclusions:The four active substances acted and influenced on each other in the formation and development of PIH.They may be important factors in the mechanism of PIH.
