摘 要:目的 :测定 16Hz,130 d B次声多次暴露后大鼠血浆儿茶酚胺类物质含量的变化。方法 :用 16Hz,130 d B次声作用 1,7,14,2 1次 ,每日 1次 ,每次 2 h。分别于暴露后 0 .5 ,6,12 ,18,2 4h测定大鼠血浆肾上腺素 (E)和去甲肾上腺素 (NE)的含量。结果 :1大鼠血浆 NE次声暴露 1次组 ,表现为先下降 ,然后恢复正常 ,最后呈升高的动态变化规律 ;暴露 7次和 2 1次组 ,表现为持续性升高 ;暴露 14次组 ,表现为先升高而后下降的单峰曲线。 2大鼠血浆 E暴露 1次和 7次组 ,均表现为先升高 ,然后下降 ,最后复呈升高的动态变化 ;暴露 14次组 ,表现为先下降 ,然后恢复正常 ,最后复呈升高的动态变化 ;暴露 2 1次组 ,表现为持续性下降。结论 :次声可引起大鼠血浆 E,NE含量的改变 。AIM: To observe change of epinephrine(E) and norepinephine(NE) contents in plasma of rats exposed to infrasound with 130 dB. METHODS: Using infrasound (frequency:16 Hz; sound pressure level:130 dB), the rats were exposed for 1,7,14,and 21 d,2 h daily, then NE and E were measured at 0.5,6,12,18 and 24 h after exposure. RESULTS: ①NE contents in plasma after once exposure of infrasound declined at the beginning, then it rised to the normal level,finally,it was above the normal one. After 7 and 21 exposure,plasma NE content showed to rise continuously;with 14 exposure,it manifested as raise decline curve. ②Change of E contents in plasma following 1 and 7 exposure all showed raise fall raise curve as that of NE with once exposure;after 14 exposure,it declined at first,recovered to normal and then rised beyond the normal. With 21 exposure,plasma NE content manifested as that of NE 7 and 21 exposure. CONCLUSION: infrasound can reduce change of NE and E contents in rats plasma,and it depends on the amount of infrasound exposed to.
