葛根素治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床观察

摘　　要：目的 :探讨葛根素在治疗不稳定型心绞痛 ( U AP)中的疗效。方法 :入选 UAP患者 98例 ,分为葛根素组 5 0例 ,对照组 48例。葛根素组中使用剂量为 40 0 m g,对照组用硝酸甘油 10 mg。然后比较两组疗效。结果 :两组总有效率及症状控制时间无显著性差异。结论 :葛根素是一种治疗不稳定型心绞痛的安全、有效的中药。Objective:It is to explore the clinical efficacy of puerarin on treatment patients with unstable angina pectoris(UAP). Methods:Ninety-eight patients with UAP were divided into puerarin group with 50 cases and control group with 48 cases.Puerarin group was treated with puerarin 400mg.Control group was treated with nitroglycerine 10mg.Then efficacious of the two groups were compared.Results:There were no significant differences in efficacy rates and times of symptom control between the two groups.Conclusion:Puerarin is a safe and effective herb drugs in treating patients with UAP.;
