摘 要:目的 探讨民航飞行人员高血压病患者心血管自主神经调节功能的变化规律 ,为合理防治高血压病提供依据。 方法 利用常规 AR谱分析方法对 14例民航飞行人员高血压病患者和 14例健康飞行人员的短时程心率变异性 (HRV)信号进行分析 ,同时采用序贯法分析其压力反射敏感度(BRS)。 结果 1与对照组相比 ,高血压病患者的 HRV明显降低 ,差异有显著性意义 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,表现为总功率 (TP)、低频功率 (L F)、高频功率 (HF)及归一化高频成分 (HFn)降低 ,而归一化低频成分 (L Fn)与 L F/ HF则增加 ;2高血压病患者的 BRS较对照组降低 ,差异有非常显著性意义 (P<0 .0 1)。 结论 飞行人员高血压病患者心血管自主神经调节功能明显异常 ,交感神经调节活动相对增强 ,迷走神经调节活动受到抑制。在飞行人员高血压病的防治研究中 。Objective To explore the alterations of autonomic nervous regulation in flying personnel with hypertension, so that to provide information for prevention and treatment for the disease. Methods The heart rate variability (HRV) was analyzed and the baroreflex sensitivity (BRS) was evaluated in 14 civil flying personnel with hypertension and 14 age matched healthy subjects using conventional AR spectral analysis and sequential analysis respectively. Results ①Total power(TP), low frequency(LF), high frequency (HF) and normalized high frequency (HFn) of HRV were significantly reduced in the hypertensive subjects as compared with the normotensive controls( P < 0.05 for both), whereas normalized low frequency (LFn) and the ratio of low high frequency increased markedly ( P <0.05).② BRS of hypertensive subjects was significantly lower than that of the normotensive controls ( P <0.01). Conclusions The results suggest that hypertensive civil flying personnel is accompanied with the significant abnormality in regulatory function of autonomic nervous system. More attention should be paid on the evaluation of regulatory function of autonomic nervous system in the management of hypertension among civil flying personnel.
