2种银杏外种皮多糖的成分及药效学比较研究

摘　　要：目的 :比较 2种银杏外种皮多糖的成分及对肿瘤细胞的影响。方法 :从新鲜和晒干的银杏外种皮中提取多糖 ,对二者进行理化测定及纸层析比较 ,并测得多糖粗制品的得率、总糖含量及多糖含量。同时 ,比较 2种多糖对肿瘤细胞的影响。结果 :2种外种皮多糖的提取方法及关键技术基本相同 ;均为肽多糖 ;二者粗制品的得率、总糖含量及多糖含量均较高 ;体外对S180 细胞的抑制作用在 10～ 16 0 μg·mL-1剂量下呈现量效关系 ,抑制率分别为41%～ 82 %和 45 %～ 86 %。结论 :新鲜和晒干的 2种银杏外种皮中皆含有丰富的肽多糖 ,其多糖的理化性质相似 ,多糖的含量及对S180Objective:To compare the constitutes and anticancer activity of polysaccharides from exocarp of two Ginkgo biloba .Methods:The chemical and physical properties,content and yield of polysaccharides extracted from fresh and dry exocarp of two Ginkgo biloba were determined.Results:The 2 polysaccharides obtained were peptide polysaccharides with higher yield and higher assay contents. In vitro study indicated that the two polysaccharides show inhibitory effect on S 180 cells with an inhibitory rate of 41%～82% and 45%～86% respectively and an inhibitory dose of 10～160μg·mL -1 .Conclusion:Abundant polysaccharides may be extracted from both fresh and dry exocarp of Ginkgo biloba ,they possess similar physical chemical properties with high assay content and show inhibitory effect on S 180 cells.
