摘　　要：目的 :优选淫羊藿的提取工艺。方法 :以淫羊藿苷的含量为指标 ,应用正交试验设计筛选淫羊藿的最佳提取工艺条件。结果 :影响提取的主次因素为 B>A>E>D>C(A为药材粉碎度 ;B为乙醇浓度 ;C为乙醇用量 ;D为回流时间 ;E为回流次数 )。最佳提取条件为 :药材粗粉 ,75 %乙醇 ,加 2 5倍量 ,回流 60 m in,回流 7次。根据优选工艺验证实验表明 ,有效成分提取率较高 ,重现性较好。结论Objective: To optimize the extraction pr ocess of Herba Epimedii . Methods: The optimum extracti on conditions were investigated by orthogonal design and with Icariin as the c ontent index. Results: The factors influencing extraction efficiency were as follows: B>A>E>D>C (A:Particle size. B:The concentration of ethanol. C:The amount of added ethanol. D:Duration of reflux. E:Times of refl ux). The optimum extraction condition obtained was: coarse powder, 75 percent et hanol, the refluxing and extracting for 7 times, 60 min for every turn, 25 folds of ethanol. The content of Icariin was fairly high with a good reproducibility. Conclusion: The optimized process is stable and high effic ient.
