怀牛膝炮制工艺初探

摘　　要：目的 :探讨怀牛膝的最佳炮制工艺。方法 :采用正交实验设计 ,以怀牛膝水溶性成分百分比含量为质量控制指标 ;采用 L9(3 4 )正交表 ,对怀牛膝切制饮片厚度和酒制工艺进行了初步探讨。结果与结论 :其炮制工艺选择 A2 B1 C1 D2 的条件为宜。即将切成 3 m m厚的怀牛膝饮片 ,加 10 %黄酒拌匀 ,用文火炒至表面黄色 。Objective:To optimize the technology o f processing Radix Achyranthis bidentatae by orthogonal design.Me thods:The percentages of water-soluble components and L 9(3 4) ort hogonal table were used to select the best thickness and usage of wine.Results and Conclusion:The best condition was A 2B 1C 1D 2. The optimal procedure was set as follows: the Radix Achyranthis bidentatae was sliced to 3 mm, added with 10% yellow rice wine and mixed homogeneously, then sa uted to yellow with a few charred flecks, taken out and cooled down.
