摘　　要：近年来 ,中药黄芪在临床应用越来越受到重视 ,大量实验以及临床资料证明 ,黄芪具有治疗心衰的作用 ,尤其在治疗难治性心衰中有着无可替代的优越性 ;从报道来看 ,黄芪治疗难治性心衰的机制是多方面的 ,临床疗效也相当令人满意 ,兹就In recent years,there are more and more doctors laying stress on Chinese Medical Herbs Astragalus in clinical practice.A host of experiments and much data indicated that Astragalus have functions in treating heart failure which difficult to cure.Form the reports,we can see that the mechanism of Astragalus in treating heart failure which difficult to cure are many aspects and the clinical curative effects are satisfactory.The author summarized the data of reports form the nationwide since 1989.
