摘　　要：重点研究了传动本身引起的牵引力波动规律,该波动取决于结构参数和摩擦情况。以MG 150-WD 型采煤机为例,其牵引力内波动达到名义牵引力的8.2%。还指出了改善牵引力波动的途径。For a gear-pin rack drive this paper places stress on studying the tractional force fluctua tion caused by the drive itself.The fluctuation depends on the geometrical parameters and frictional condi tions of the drive.Taking the shearer model MG150-WD for example the fluctuation is high up to a range o 8.2%of the rating.Moreover this paper points out the ways to decrease the fluctuation.
