摘  要:目的 研究新生儿病房中产生超广谱 β 内酰胺酶 (extendspectrumβ lactamase ,ESBLs)细菌株的流行情况。 方法 对 1999年 1~ 9月新生儿病房住院患儿的痰、脓、脐分泌物、咽拭子、血流及病区常用器具进行培养及药敏试验。选取 33株 2~ 3月流行期间的ESBLs菌进行质粒提取和质粒谱分析。结果 有 6组相同的质粒带 ,其百分率分别为 45 4%、15 2 %、9%、9%、12 1%、9%。新生儿病房暖箱水箱中的ESBLs菌为 45 4%质粒带组 ,成为引起本次爆发流行株。结论 调查ESBLs耐药菌株的流行在控制医院感染中可能具有重要意义。Objective Study the epidemic condition of clinic isolatd strain of extend spectrum β lactamase(ESBLs)in neonatal ward.Methods The samples which including sputum,pus,navel secretion pharyngeal swabs and the common instrument in the ward for bacteria culture and drug sensitive test were taken from hospitalized newborn in January-September,1999.plsmind extract and plasmid spectrum analysis has been done for 33 strains selected form ESBLs during the epidemic duration.Results The same plamid strap has been fund in six groups.The percerntage of the six groups are 45.4%,15.2%,9%,9%,12.1%and 9%.The ESBLs bacteria which belonged to 45.4% plamid strap group and fund from water tand of incubator in neonatal ward caused this epidemic outbreak.Conclusion Investigation of the epidemic condition of ESBLs bacteria has important significance for control of nosocomial infection.
