摘　　要：简要综述了根癌农杆菌介导水稻基因转化的优点及转化后代的遗传学行为 。The paper summarizes brieftly the advantages of the rice gene transforma tion system mediated by Agrobacterium and genetic modes of transgenic plants. In fluencing factors of rice gene transformation mediated by Agrobacterium are mainly analysed and existing problems are mentioned.
