摘  要:在广东省阳西县开展赤桉和尾叶桉接种 1 0个外生菌根菌的野外试验 ,根据造林后对树高、地径和胸径的观测 ,发现菌根菌与树种间存在互作效应 ,这种效应影响菌根菌接种效果 ;试验筛选出的菌株 :H4461 ,适于尾叶桉 ,树高增加 2 %~ 2 1 % ,胸径增加 1 3 %~ 3 5% ,对赤桉树高生长也有促进作用 ;H43 3 9,对赤桉 1年生内幼树树高生长有显著促进作用 ,也改善径生长 ,也适用于尾叶桉 ;H41 1 1 ,对赤桉、尾叶桉的后期生长有效果 ;E41 0 0、H43 3 1、H43 3 8和H43 1 7,有时对参试树种生长有改善作用 ;其它参试菌根菌E40 70 ,H493 7,H43 1 4,在两树种间表现极不稳定。In 1990, a mycorrhizal experiment was established at the latitude 21°42′ N,longitude 111°36′ E and altitude 25 m, Yangxi, Guangdong. A split plot design was employed, 10 ectomycorrhizal fungal treatments and an uninoculated one were randomized as sub plots within the main plots which represented 2 host species Eucalyptus camaldulensis and E. urophylla . There were 6 trees in a plot, and buffer rows were around each plot. The fungi and isolates were Hebeloma westraliense (E4070), Laccaria (E4100), Pisolithus (H4111, H4338, H4339, H4461, H4937), Scleroderma (H4314, H4331) and Setchelliogaster (H4317), which collected from Australia. When transplanting seedlings into pots, inoculate with mycelia were put into pots close to roots. Tree height ( H ) was measured at 3, 9, 12, 16 and 52 months, DBH was measured at 9, 12, 16 and 52 months, D (diameter at 30 cm height) was measured at 28 months after planting. There was a significant interaction in tree heights, diameters ( D ) and DBH between ectomycorrhizal fungi and tree species. Isolate H4461 significantly improved height and diameter growth of E. urophylla , increased by 2%~35%, compared to indexes of uninoculated treatment. The isolate H4461 also improved the height growth of E. camaldulensis . Isolate H4339 increased all growth indexes of E. urophylla , as well as H and DBH of E. camaldulensis at 3, 9 and 12 months after planting. Isolate H4111 improved the growth of E. camaldulensis and E. urophylla but only since 16 months after planting. The effectiveness of other isolates seemed changeful in the trials.\;
