乌骨鸡甲状腺C细胞的组织形态学研究

摘　　要：用不同的切片方法观察研究乌骨鸡的甲状腺组织结构,结果表明,乌骨鸡甲状腺内存在且与哺乳动物相似的 C细胞(Clear cell)或称滤泡旁细胞(parafollicular cell)。在 H.E染色的组织切片中,C细胞胞体较大,胞质淡染,其直径为8.93±2.75μm;银染的切片中,C细胞胞质内含有呈褐色或黑色的特异性嗜银颗粒;透射电镜观察,C细胞一般不在滤泡腔边缘,而由滤泡上皮细胞与胶质隔开,C细胞的基底部含有致密球形颗粒。The result of observing the structure of the thyroid gland tissue of tphe black-bone chicken by using different kinds of sections indicates that inside the thyroid gland there exist parafollicular cells or may be called clear cells which are similar to those of the mammal. In the section of H.E coloured tissue, the volume of the clear cell is fairly large with a diameter of 8.93 ±2.75 um and the colour of its cytoplasm is light, In the silver-coloured section, the cytoplasm contains a kind of argyrophil alpha. granules with speoificith with a colour of black or brown. Observed through the electron microscope, the epithelial cell of the follicule and colloid are between the clear cells and the cavity of follicule. Round alpha granules are densely distributed at the bottom of the clear cell.
