摘  要:本工作利用TEM技术对添加微量稀土铈的 2 0 90铝锂合金 (2 0 90 +Ce)拉伸试样中位错组态进行了观察 .观察结果表明 :2 0 90 +Ce铝锂合金仍表现出较明显的共面滑移特征 ,所不同的是其滑移带比较细密均匀 ,并且具有交滑移特征 ,而普通 2 0 90铝锂合金中共面滑移带较粗而且带与带间距较宽 ;弱束暗场观察发现 ,在 2 0 90 +Ce铝锂合金试样的某些大角度晶界上存在较强的应变衬度 。The dislocation microstructures in the tensile specimen of aluminium lithium alloys 2090 with addition of minor rare earth element cerium (2090+Ce) were investigated by means of TEM (electron transmission microscopy). The results show that characteristics of co planar slippage were obvious in alloy 2090+Ce, but its slipping strip is relatively denser and more uniform in comparison with common aluminium lithium alloy 2090, and the characteristics of join slippage in 2090+Ce were also observed. It was found that there were rather strong strain contrasts in vicinity of some big angle grain boundaries in the specimen of alloy 2090+Ce by the observation of weak beam dark field image, which manifested a strong tendency of local strain in this alloy.
