摘  要:研究了稀土对 GH90 7合金的力学和物理性能的影响规律 ,优选了可改善 GH90 7合金缺口持久性能、高温抗氧化性能的合金体系。通过比较标准 GH90 7合金和含稀土 GH90 7合金的显微组织和界面结构 ,提出了稀土提高合金性能的微观机理 :稀土主要存在于合金的片状相中 ,使其含量、形态、分布和晶体结构发生改变 。WT5BZ]The affective rule of the mechanical and physical properties in Fe Ni Co Nb Ti Si low expansion superalloys with addition of RE elements has been studied The alloy system with good notch bar rupture strength and oxidation resistance at high temperatures has been selected and investigated The micro mechanism of the properties improvement has also been proposed by comparison of the microstructures and interface structures of the alloys with and without yttrium addition The results reveal that the rare earth element exists in the platelet phase and changes the content, morphology, distribution and crystal structure of the phase The crystal misfit and stress at the interface between the platelet phase and the matrix decrease significantly
