计数调整型抽样系统T→D转移规则特性研究

摘　　要：在计数调整型抽样检验系统中 ,ISO2 85 9/ 1- 1994将加严检验到暂停检验规则 (TD规则 )修改为“累计五批在加严下不合格”。本文系统比较了“累计五批”和“连续十批”这两个TD规则。分析了样本字码为B ,在批质量水平为 p =AQL处的一次加严方案的转移概率、平均链长 ,并进行了灵敏度分析。In the adjusting sampling system by attributes,ISO2859/1 has given the new switching rules from tightened inspection to discontinuation of inspection (TD rules):'if the cumulative number of lots or batches not accepted on original tightened inspection reaches five,the acceptance procedures of this part of ISO 2859 should be discontinued.'In this article,we systematically compared the two TD rules:'cumulative 5 lots or batches'and'cumulative 10 lots of batches',respectively calculated the switching probability,average chain length of a single sampling plan for tightened inspection whose sample size code letter is B and the lot quality level p=AQL,and analysed the sensibility.
