摘  要:试验了钴在丁二胯—盐酸羟胺—亚硝酸钠—柠檬酸铵支持电解质中的催化示波极谱条件,采用加大试剂用量以提高灵敏度,并引入F^-掩蔽锰、铁等干扰元素,从而可直接测定电解锰及其净化液中微量钴。锰钴比可达2×10~6,钴测定下限可达3×10^(-9)M。方法快速,简便,稳定。The catalytic oscillographic polarographic determination of the microamount of cobalt is studied in diacetyldioxime-hydro-xylamine hydrochloride-sodium nitrite-ammonium citrate as a supporting electrolyte.To improve the sensitivity besides the increased dosage of reagents, F-ion is introduced for elimination of interference from Mn and Fe etc. Under these conditions the minor cobalt can be directly determined in electrolytic manganese and the purified electrolytic solutions at Mn/Co up to 2×10~6. The lower limit for cobalt can be as low as 3×10^(-9)M. The method has proved itself to be fast, simple, and highly reproduceable.
