造纸白水腐蚀性的研究

摘　　要：针对造纸厂造纸车间白水腐蚀的现象 ,采用计划—间隔试验法研究了碳钢、不锈钢的腐蚀情况 ,发现不锈钢在白水中几乎不发生腐蚀破坏 ,而碳钢的腐蚀较明显 ,并计算出碳钢的腐蚀率。同时 ,进行了电化学研究 ,探讨了碳钢在白水中的腐蚀行为 ,得出了碳钢在造纸白水中实施阴、阳极保护的重要参数 。The paper is about of the white water corrosion phenomenon in a making-paper worker of the paper-making plant ,and we use that plan interval experiment method to study the corrosion case of carbon steel and stainless steel. Finding that the material of stainless steel not being corroded and destructed in the white water, while carbon steel is corroded apparently. At last we calculated the corrosion rate of carbon steel. At the same time, for researching the corrosion action of carbon steel in white water, we go on electrochemical protection experiment, and we get some important conclusions. The conclusions offer the important basis for the practical protection,there are great activity and reference value.
