摘　　要：全面论述了传统硫化钠脱毛法的优点和存在的污染问题 ,指出产品质量、成本和清洁化效果是阻碍清洁化脱毛工艺难以推广的原因 ,并详细介绍了一种新型的清洁化脱毛工艺 ,该工艺在基本不改变原有工艺的前提下 ,解决了硫化物、有机物和固体石灰的污染 ,而且成本低廉 。The advantages and pollution of traditional unhairing technology with sulfide are described in this paper. And a new cleaner unhairing technology is introduced, which can eliminate sulfide both in the waste liquor and the limed hide. Suspended solids, COD Cr and protein in the waste liming water were decreased by 85%-90%, 80%-85% and 80%-90% separately, and the color and smell of the effluent were also deduced to great extent. The cost of the technology is low and the quality of leather remains good.
