摘 要:将碳三加氢催化剂装入高压脱丙烷塔 ,在完成碳三、碳四分离的同时实现了丙炔、丙二烯的加氢。在 1 6~ 2 0MPa时 ,塔顶丙炔、丙二烯的质量分数控制在 1 5× 1 0 - 5 以下 ,丙烯收率达到 1 0 2 %。研究了压力、空速、回流比、氢炔比对产率的影响 ,1While completing separation of C3 and C4, the methyl acetylene and propadiene(MAPD) contained in C3 cut were hydrogenated selectively in a catalytic distillation column. The influences of pressure, space velocity, reflux ratio and H2/ MAPD molar ratio were studied. It was found that 1.6 ∼ 2.0 MPa was the proper pressure for the catalytic column. The content of MAPD overhead can be reduced to 1.5 × 10-5 while the yield of propylene could reach to 102%. The activity and selectivity of catalyst used in this experiment remain stable after 1 840 h of continuous operation, indicating that catalytic distillation process has advantage over trickle-bed process with regard to maintaining the stability of catalyst.
