摘　　要：根据船东的需要以及“船舶规范”的要求 ,对 4 0 0t沿海货船进行更机改造 ,力求简单、少改动 ,考虑全面 ,设计合理 ,使该船更机后在营运中安全、可靠 ,达到预期的效果。According to the demands of ship owner and the requirements of Ship Building Rules,a 400 GT coastal cargo ship's main engine and the related equipment were changed or reformed under the principle that the change should be as simple and little as possible.The ship runs safely and reliably after the change,which reaches the expected results.
