摘  要:对灰霉病菌232个菌株进行多菌灵抗药性测定,发现每类作物上采集的同一种类灰霉病菌其敏感菌的Ec50差异不大,草莓、果树、蔬菜、花卉上采集的灰霉病菌已对多菌灵产生了严重的抗药性,抗性频率很高。灰霉病菌对多菌灵产生抗药性后,对苯丙咪唑类的其它成员都产生抗药性,而与速克灵无交互抗药性。抗性菌株在有药情况下,呼吸强度降低很少,而敏感菌株的呼吸则受到强烈抑制。232 straians of Botrytis collected from the vegetable strawberry. fruit, flower and other plants in Jangsu and other provinces in 1987-1990were tested. The strains tested belong to four species: B. cinerea, B. fabae, B. squamosa, B. paeoniae. It was found that Ec50 of sensitive Botrytis of the same species from the same plants was little different. the serious fungicide resistance of Botrytis from strawberry. fruit vegetable and flower to benzimidazoles was discovered. The resistant frequency was high. Once the Botrytis developed the resistance to MBC, it will appear the resistance to every member of the benzimidazoles; There is no cross ressistance with procymid one. It was also discovered that the inspiration density of the resistant strains decreased a little, while those of the sensitive strains were severely restricted.
