兰州百合的离体快速繁殖研究

摘　　要：以兰州百合 (Lilium davidii var unicolor)的鳞片为外植体进行离体快速繁殖 ,适宜的培养基为 :(1 )诱导 MS+NAA0 .4 mg/ L+BA1 .0 mg/ L;(2 )增殖 MS+KT5 .0 mg/ L;(3 )生根壮苗 MS+IBA 0 .5mg/The scales of Lilium davidii var unicolor as the explants were cultured in tubes. The most appropriate media in culture stages were: (1)MS+NAA0.4 mg/L+BA1.0 mg/L for germination of the scale stem. (2)MS+KT5.0 mg/L for rapid propagation. (3)MS+IBA0.5 mg/L for rooting.
