脲醛树脂合成工艺的初步探讨——以NaOH为pH值调节剂的合成方法

摘　　要：研究了以 Na OH溶液为 p H调节剂 ,用尿素与甲醛反应合成脲醛树脂粘胶剂的工艺方法 ;对实验中的若干问题进行了讨论 .结果发现 ,与氨水为 p H调节剂的合成法相比 ,该方法碱的用量少 。A method of producing urea formaldehyde resin using NaOH to adjust pH value was introduced in this report, some problems of the experiment were discussed. Comparing with the method of using \{NH\-3·H\-2O\} as pH value regulator, the former one was proved to have more advantages such as more intensive viscidity, higher solid content and less amount. It may replace the method of using \{NH\-3·H\-2O\} to produce urea formaldehyde resin.
