高密度发光材料Pb_2MgWO_6的制备和发光特性研究

摘  要:论文研究了高密度发光材料Pb2 MgWO6的制备方法 ,测量了它在室温下的结构、光致发光光谱、激发光谱和漫反射谱 .Pb2 MgWO6多晶粉末由固相反应法制备 ;制备时配料中一定剂量的MgO过剩有利于形成稳定的单相Pb2 MgWO6,且抑制寄生相的形成 ;烧结时间和温度、冷却过程对寄生相的生成也有显著影响 ;可能是过剩MgO对Pb2 MgWO6晶核的包敷作用所致 .由X 射线衍射得到Pb2 MgWO6的计算密度为9 2 6g/cm3 .Pb2 MgWO6光致发光光谱的激发带位于 2 0 0nm~ 30 0nm ,发射峰位于 482nm和In this article, the preparation of high density phosphor Pb 2MgWO 6 is studied and its photoluminescence, excitation and diffuse reflection spectra are measured. The polycrystalline Pb 2MgWO 6 was prepared by solid state reaction method, and its lattice parameters a=7.948 8 ?, b=5.690 0 ? , c=11.397 5 ? and calculation density D x=9.26 g/cm 3 were obtained by experiments. When preparing Pb 2MgWO 6, the stoichiometric surplus of MgO is conducive to forming stable single phase Pb 2MgWO 6 and restraining the parasitic phase PbWO 4 and Pb 2WO 5, which can be interpreted as the result of the wrapping effect of stoichiometric surplus MgO for the crystal nucleus of Pb 2MgWO 6. The wrapping effect can protect Pb 2+ from excessive volatilization and benefit the transport of Mg 2+ through crystal nucleus Pb 2MgWO 6 and toward Pb 2WO 5. The relatively short sintering time, temperature below the melting point of lead oxide in raw material and rapid cooling are favorable to forming single and stable phase Pb 2MgWO 6 and restraining the parasitic phase PbWO 4 and Pb 2WO 5. These can be interpreted from their influence for the volatilization of Pb. The excitation band of photoluminescence spectra of Pb 2MgWO 6 is in the range of 200 nm~300 nm, and its photoluminescence spectrum peaks at 482 nm and 579 nm.
