摘　　要：通过灰色模型GM(1,1) ,预测了河南省在 2 0 0 1年和 2 0 0 5年人才资源结构的数据 ,并由灰色线性规划模型(LPGP)求出了最优配置解 .灰色优化理论得出的相应调整方案对人才资源的在未来结构的配置上具有一定的参考价值 .The paper optimized the allocation of the intellectual resources with grey theory. In the process, MATLAB and LINDO solved the math problems. The Grey Model and the LPGP model forecast the future status and realized the optimal allocation. The results are helpful to deploy the intellectual resources.
