血清前白蛋白在各类乙型肝炎检测中的意义

摘　　要：探讨血清前白蛋白 (Prealbumin ,PA)在各类乙型肝炎检测中的意义。采用免疫比浊法。 114例各类乙型肝炎患者及 2 0例健康输血员的血清PA。各类乙型肝炎患者血清PA较对照组比均有不同程度的下降 ,降低幅度从高到低依次排序为肝炎后肝硬化→慢性重型肝炎→亚急性重型肝炎→慢性肝炎重度→慢性肝炎中度→急性黄疸型肝炎→慢性肝炎轻度。肝硬化患者从Child -puchA级到C级 ,血清PA呈进行性降低 ,不同级别测值间差异显著。血清PA是反映肝脏功能的一项良好指标 。To investigate to the significance of prealbumin detection in patients with viral hepatitis B.Immunoturbidimetry was performed to measure the prealbumin serum levels in 114 patients with viral hepatitis B and in 20 healthy controls. The serum concentration of PA in patients with viral hepatitis B is lower than that in the controls.The magnitude of reduction from the highest to lowest is as follows:liver cirrhosis→Chonic hepatitic failure→subacute hepatitic failure→chronic hepatitis (severe)→chronic hepatitis (moderate)→acute hepatitis with jaundice→chronic hepatitis (mild).PA serum levels were progressively decreasing in patients with liver cirrhosis graded as Child-Puch's A?B and C,and the difference is apparent among the different grades.Serum PA is a good indicator of the liver function.In addition,PA is assumed to be an indicator of maximal liver functional capacity and an index of liver cirrhosis grading system in clinical work.
