摘　　要：目的 :探讨颗粒状膨体聚四氟乙烯 (Expanded polytetrafluoroethylene简称e PTFE)额面部充填术的应用价值。　方法 :将 e PTFE补片制成米粒大小的颗粒状物 ,再灌入 1m l无头注射器 ,经小切口推入骨膜下或皮下塑形。　结果 :12例额面凹陷畸形获得整复 ,外形好 ,无并发症。　结论 :该方法切口小而隐蔽、易塑形、操作简单、创伤也小 。Objective:To discuss the utility of granulated ePTFE in filling up the concave of face and forehead. Methods:The granulated ePTFE made from ePTFE patch are injected under periosteum or cutaneous to fill the concave of the face or frontal through a minor incision. Results:In 12 cases,the concave of the face or frontal were reconstructed with good appearance and without any complications. Conclusion:This method has the advantages of minor and invisible incision,convenient mould,less trauma,and simply operation,which is suitable for correcting the irregular concave of the face and frontal.
