硒对阿霉素心肌毒性的保护作用——光镜及电镜研究

摘　　要：本实验用24只家兔做了ADR心肌毒性和硒对ADR心肌毒性保护作用的研究。用两种不同剂量硒(一般剂量和大剂量)作预防性投给,实验10周后处死动物,取心脏等器官的组织标本和电镜标本,作光镜及电镜观察。实验结果表明:隔日给一般剂量亚硒酸钠0.02mg/kg对ADR心肌毒性没有明显的保护作用,而隔日给大剂量亚硒酸钠0.5mg/kg则显示一定的保护作用。主要表现在家兔生存期延长,脱毛减轻,体重减轻发生晚;电镜下,心肌原纤维和肌丝溶解、破坏减轻,糖原颗粒减少和脂滴增多不明显。本文对硒在ADR心肌毒性保护作用的发生机理进行了讨论。Twenty four rabbits were used to study the adriamycin cardiotoxicity and the protective effect of selenium which was preadministered in two different doses(ordinary and large). Or- dinary dose of selenium(selenite at 0.02mg·kg^(-1)/ 2days) had no obvious protective effect. Rabbits treated with large dose of selenium (selenite at 0.5mg·kg^(-1)/ 2days) had a postponed mortality, unobvious alopecia, less severe had a postponed mortality, unobvious alopecial,less severe lysis of myofibrils and myofilaments, unapparent decrease of glycogen granules and increase of lipid droplets. The results suggest that large dose of selenium had partial protective effects on Adriamycin cardiotoxicity.
