荷瘤与顺铂对小鼠组织中cAMP/cGMP值的影响

摘　　要：本文用放射免疫技术测定了小鼠肝、肾组织及血浆中cAMP、cGMP的含量及cAMP/cGMP值,以探讨荷瘤与顺铂对组织中cAMP、cGMP以及cAMP/cGMP值的影响。研究证明,荷瘤可使肝、肾组织及血浆中cAMP/cGMP值升高,主要是由于cAMP升高所致。给荷瘤小鼠注射顺铂可使肝组织及血浆中cAMP/cGMP值减低,主要是由于cAMP含量减少所致;对肾组织中,cAMP/cGMP无明显影响。给正常小鼠注射顺铂可使肝、肾组织及血浆中cAMP、cGMP含量略微减低,对肝、肾中cAMP/cGMP值无明显影响。This article reports the effects of S180 and cis—platin on the levels of cAMP, cGMP and cAMP/cGMP in mice. The cAMP, cGMP levels were measured by means of radioimmunoassay. The experimental results showed that the cAMP and cAMP/cGMP levels in liver and plasma of S180 mice were increased significantly as compared to these of normal mice. Cis-platin administration did not show any specific effects on the cAMP/cGMP levels of liver and kidneys, but cAMP and cAMP/cGMP levels was decreased in liver of S180 mice.
