无磷洗衣粉中磷标准物质的研制

摘　　要：采用上海白猫有限公司提供的无磷洗衣粉配方 ,以间隙喷粉进料、小型釜反应的工艺方式制备标准物质。用F -t检验法证明其均匀性良好 ;由 7家单位的 8个实验室采用不同的方法共同协作定值 ,共 6 4个数据 ,经统计检验给出P2 O5的标准值和不确定度 ;经过一年半的稳定性检测 。Usingtheimprovedconditionalproducingmethod providedbyShanghaiWhitecatCo .Ltd .,acertifiedreference materialoflaunderingpowderfortheanalysisofphophourswas prepared .Thestabileperiodofthecertifiedreferencematerialis morethan 2 0months.ItshomogeneityisgoodaccordingtoF -testandt-test.Thestandardvalueanduncertaintyofthis referencematerialisobtainedthrough 6 4resultsfrom 8 laboratorieswithdifferenttestingmethod .Itsstability , homogeneityanduncertaintyagreewiththetechnological requirementsofGBWcertifiedreferencematerial.
